Our 2022 Business Presentation
Our Social Life TBI program creates shareholder value by strengthening our balance sheet each year through the process of aiding in selling or taking public the companies that participate in our technology business incubator.
Our revenue model includes a SaaS licensing fee of 5% - from the revenue that our TBI participating companies generate each year.
We annually aim to strengthen our balance sheet through a 15% non-dilutive stock position in each TBI participating company (current list below), when they reach a liquidity event.
